Dynamo Moscow reached an agreement with Rubin Kazan on transfer of the Russian international Denis Makarov. The 23-year-old winger signed a five-year contract with our club.
Denis Makarov was born in Tolyatti. He started playing football at the Konoplyov Academy, then he performed for FC Yakutsk, FC Saransk, the Orenburg youth team and FC Orenburg-2. The next step of his career was Neftekhimik. Makarov helped the Nizhnekamsk side to win the Ural-Volga Region zone and establish themselves as leaders of the Football National League.
In January 2020, Denis moved to Rubin, where he scored 11 goals in a season and a half. Last season, Makarov was named the best right winger of the Russian Premier League. The player made his debut for the Russian youth national team, and in June he entered the final squad of the senior national team for the European Championship.
