— When the club shows big interest in you, it motivates a lot. As for my goals here, the club sets it, and my duty is to give everything to help Dynamo achieve it. I work every day at 100 per cent because I want my club to count on me in my best conditions. I am here because Dynamo want to be successful and make great efforts for this. I'm sure it will be such an interesting experience.
Laxalt, along with Guillermo Varela, competed at 2018 World Cup in Russia as part of the Uruguay national team. The South Americans reached quarterfinals at this world forum.
— I have already been in Russia as part of the Uruguay national team at 2018 World Cup, — Diego told. — Then my family of eight people came to support me. All of them were really amazed by sympathy that Russians showed. This is very different from what you sometimes see in movies.
