The encounter of the RPL 29th round that was held at RZD Arena ended in a 3:3 draw.

Dynamo missed four footballers due to injuries and disqualification as well as Sandro Schwarz who was shown a red card after the final whistle of the previous match. As a result, the assistant Volkan Bulut took up the reins of the team. Clinton N'Jie and Daniil Lesovoy started the game while the latter returned to the starting eleven for the first time since July.

The visitors looked good at the beginning. Arsen Zakharyan struck powerfully from distance, but Guilherme saved Lokomotiv. In the next episode the experienced goalkeeper made a terrific mistake helping Fedor Smolov to intercept the pass and capitalise on it. It is worth of remark that Fedor did not celebrate the goal showing respect to his former team.

Dynamo players could double the lead several times throughout the first half. However, Smolov, Zakharyan and Lesovoy missed some luck in finishing. The best chance came to Daniil who hit the crossbar with a nice curling shot.

Lokomotiv tried to play long balls, which did not lead to any positive result. A hosts' answer came from the corner, when Nair Tiknizyan's cross met Tin Jedvaj’s head and flew past Anton Shunin. Ten minutes later things got worse to the Railwaymen. Skopintsev rolled the ball to Zakharyan and the talented youngster made a real masterpiece beating Guiherme with a wonderful shot to the far angle.

Dynamo continued to dominate. Smolov earned a penalty shot after a clever pass by Lesovoy. Daniil Fomin scored his eighth penalty this season renewing the incredible run without losses.

After the interval, Lokomotiv added more power to the attack. François Kamano sent Rifat Zhemaletdinov to the nice position but Anton Shunin's timely interception prevented the topscorer of the hosts from scoring. On the 60th minute the Railwaymen head coach Zaur Khapov fielded new strikers and they made the result.

Firstly, Jan Kuchta succeeded in finishing running one-on-one against Shunin assisted by Gyrano Kerk. And then the Czech international tipped the Wilson Isidor's cross and led to a Kerk's equaliser. Dynamo played more actively by the end of the match that became possible due to Konstantin Tyukavin's performance. The young centre-forward earned a pair of promising set-pieces and made an assist to his fellow Zakharyan who could not beat Guilherme.

Dynamo continue to stay second on 53 points. In the last round match the White-Blues will compete for silver medals with Sochi on May 21.
