The Dynamo goalkeeper will join the youth national team for two qualifying matches of the 2023 European Championship against Northern Ireland (October 8, Khimki) and Lithuania (October 12, Alytus).
Budachev made his debut for Russia U-21 in June and since then, played two matches for the team.
