Dynamo sporting director commented on the contract signing with the 28-year-old Uruguayan full-back Diego Laxalt.
– Diego has good experience of playing at the highest level. This player will definitely help us. He has good fighting spirit. Diego is always focused; he is well prepared technically and tactically. Laxalt is a classic left-back. We want to have two equal players for all positions of the team. We need to create more competition inside the squad. Unfortunately, last season, Skopintsev’s injury forced the coaching staff to involve the right-footed player in this position. Now there will be no such problem.
