Elite left back in the 1950s. Explosive and sharp, he had an acrobatic style of play. Tactically competent, but sometimes got carried away with playing to the crowd, which led to unnecessary problems at his own goal.
He was technically equipped, thanks to which he always created danger on his flank when joining Dynamo attacks. He practiced falling and overhead kicks. The accuracy of his positioning and tactical training often neutralized his overly expressive style.
In the 1960s, he worked as a coach in the structure of Dynamo youth football, after which he moved to the KGB apparatus, where he was engaged in the physical training of committee employees. In the 1980s, he returned to coaching in the Dynamo society system.
