The goalkeeper of the blue and white – about the first part of the 2024/25 season, the upcoming training camps and the mood for the decisive part of the championship.
– With what mood did you return to the team after a month-long break? How did you rest?
– I met the New Year in Moscow with a family circle, then we went to Ufa. I had a good rest and came back in a great mood.
– Is the monthly break somehow unsettling or, on the contrary, did you need a break to relax, forget about everything and get back to work with renewed vigor?
– You understand, this pause is due to the fact that we played the last match in December, and the second part of the championship will begin only in March. Obviously, it is easier to make a monthly break in winter than in summer, when the break is not so big. The situation is like this, and we need to make the most of it.
– There are energy-consuming and time-consuming training camps ahead. Are you ready for serious work?
– Of course, I'm ready.
– What was 2024 like for you?
– If we take a calendar year, it is quite productive. I will also appreciate the period after the transfer to Dynamo as quite productive, interesting, and sometimes funny. Of course, there are moments that gave food for thought and work. There is an understanding of what needs to be done at the training camp, what to focus on, what components to add and what to concentrate on more carefully. Therefore, last year was quite informative.
– How would you rate the first part of the season?
– Not bad, but it could have been better.
– And for yourself personally?
– Exactly the same.
– Which match was the most memorable?
– For me personally, this is the very first match in a Dynamo T–shirt.
– What is your mood for the rest of the season?
– The most combative is to go out and beat every opponent.
