The fourth day of the Fraternal Festival turned out to be exceptionally eventful and brought a multitude of pleasant surprises to the fans of the white-and-blues.
The sports morning began with runs by the "Dynamo Runs" club and a football tournament in the "Dynamo" arena between Russian and Serbian fans. Veterans of the white-and-blues also took part, in particular, Denis Kolodin, who later came out to the field of the "VTB Arena" to the applause of the stands and played in the match against OFK Belgrade.
With the support of our partner Brit, we held another pet run around Petrovsky Park, after which the final of the competition for the title of AmbassaDOG of "Dynamo" took place. The four finalists demonstrated their skills and ball-handling abilities to the jury members, after which they heard the verdict. The fourth place went to the Shiba Inu Batman, the third to the Border Collie Ori, the second to the Doberman Macao, and the winner and mascot of "Dynamo" for the 2024/25 season was the Australian Shepherd Daisy.
Meanwhile, at the "VTB Arena," a famous actor and devoted "Dynamo" fan Kamil Larin held an autograph session. After interacting with fans, he went to the stands, where he watched the excellent performance of his favorite team, which defeated OFK with a score of 2:0 and brought Russia victory in the BetBoom Brotherhood Cup.
World champions Italian Marco Materazzi and Frenchman David Trezeguet also followed the game closely, with Trezeguet even finding time to drop by the "Dynamo TV" broadcast during the match break.
"You have an excellent stadium, a great atmosphere, lots of fans, and a good game. I've never seen a football and a hockey arena under one roof before, it's a very comfortable stadium," said Trezeguet, specifically praising the actions of Konstantin Tyukavin, who was recognized as the best player of the match. "It's clear that he is a very talented player with a great future. Despite his age, he has already scored many goals. I generally liked Dynamo's play both in attack and defense."
After the end of the meeting and the traditional joint warm-up of the fans and both brotherly teams in the arena bowl, there was a performance by Egor Kreed, who delighted the audience with his hits.
As always, there was a rich program at the "Dynamo" Museum, where workshops, lectures, and a children's quest-tour took place. Outdoors, one could listen to live music and watch the film "Running is Freedom".
