Dynamo midfielder Daniil Lesovoy underwent surgery on Saturday morning in Paideia hospital in Rome. It was performed by the French surgeon Bertrand Sonnery-Cottet.
— The surgery went well, — Team Chief Doctor Alexander Rodionov said. — Daniil was diagnosed with partial tear of anterior cruciate ligament. The surgery was necessary for Daniil to get back to training as soon as possible and not to feel any effects of the injury in the future. The period of recovery in such cases is usually up to six months.
