As part of the club's development strategy, Dynamo Moscow are opening a new direction in their football community – women's football.

A multi-level hierarchy of professional training of female football players will be created inside the Dynamo Academy. It will include several teams of different ages, a youth team and a senior women's team, which will become an integral part of FC Dynamo Moscow.

FIFA and UEFA are taking active steps to develop women's football. The commercial potential of the main European tournaments is growing – the World Cup and the European Championship among women as well as the Women's Champions League attract a lot of fans. The FUR is also working purposefully in this direction. In the near future, every club playing in the Premier League will have a women's team in its structure.

For Dynamo, the creation of women's football teams is not just following a global trend, but, first of all, a full-fledged sports direction, which will give our fans new star names and new bright results.

— Today, the Dynamo Football Academy is functioning and developing systematically with the support of the club and our shareholder, VTB Bank, — Dynamo Director General Pavel Pivovarov said. — We open affiliated academies and football schools. An endowment fund has been formed. We attract the best specialists and innovative practices. Now another important step is to create a women's football team. Our club takes this direction seriously. We plan to start working on the preparation of our reserve, the youth team and gradually build the first team. We have all the necessary resources for this. We use the positive experience gained at Dynamo in the implementation of complex projects in recent years.

In the near future, the football club will announce the trial for girls to the Dynamo Academy and the youth team in Moscow. In the future, it is expected to involve all four affiliated academies and more than 20 football schools opened over the past year throughout Russia.
