The encounter of the Mir Russian Premier League 25th round, which was held in Nizhny Novgorod, ended in a 4:1 win for the White-Blues.

In comparison with the previous match in Yekaterinburg, there was only one change in the starting line-up of the White-Blues. In the midfield Diego Laxalt has been replaced by Daniil Fomin, who played well in the Cup fixture against Orenburg. According to the medical staff decision, only Denis Makarov stayed outside the team list.

During the first half Dynamo took complete control of the game: the visitors demonstrated 62%-38% in ball possession and 9-1 difference in shots. From the very first minutes, the hosts focused on defense and left their own half of the pitch occasionally. On the left wing, Bitello was active. The Brazilian suffered a lot of fouls being so crafty to be stopped.

Without speed, it was difficult to break through the tight defense of the Nizhny Novgorod side. That's why Dynamo players had to use original manoeuvres. So, Jorge Carrascal ran half the pitch in his manner, and only Viktor Aleksandrov's tackle helped the hosts to survive. Konstantin Tyukavin tried to use a bicycle kick from Dmitry Skopintsev's cross, but the attempt was not successful. Finally, the visitors organized a cool combination, which Balbuena, Ngamaleu and Carrascal were involved into. However, Artur Nigmatullin made a spectacular save denying a powerful strike from the Colombian.

In the 31st minute, Dynamo opened the score: Carrascal crossed accurately to Tyukavin's head, and Kostya netted a goal with his header, scoring in the third consecutive match. The Nizhny Novgorod team revived for a few minutes, after which they returned to defensive tactics and conceded again by the end of the half. Carrascal took a long ball on the right wing and assisted on Fomin between two defenders. Daniil removed Nikita Kakkoyev off his way and shot past Nigmatullin by his left foot!

Sergey Yuran reacted to the poor first half with a triple substitution at halftime. And this move brought a short–term effect – the hosts began to threaten our defense more and created a dangerous chance: Nikolay Kalinsky missed the target from 13 meters. Dynamo cooled the hosts' ardor netting the third goal. Ngamaleu earned a corner, Luis Chavez delivered the ball well, and Roberto Fernandez headed it perfectly into the corner.

Immediately after, Fomin curled the ball into the far corner, missing only by a few centimeters. Tyukavin made a nice backheel pass to Ngamaleu, whose shot was denied by Nigmatullin. And yet, Kostya did not leave the pitch without any assist – in the next offensive, he waited for a rebound from a defender inside the penalty box and rolled the ball to Bitello, who calmly hit an empty net.

In the 69th minute, Anton Shunin interfered into the game for the first time, denying a dangerous strike by Juan Boselli. In his turn, Marcel Licka made a triple substitution – Laxalt, Fedor Smolov and Yaroslav Gladyshev gave new impulse to Dynamo play. Ngamaleu could have scored the fifth goal, but the Cameroonian international shot over the crossbar from a good position.

Already in added time, the hosts managed to score a consolation goal. Nicholas Marichal fouled on Shnaptsev inside the penalty area, and Kalinskiy converted a penalty. Skopintsev could say Dynamo last word in the match, but his long-range shot from 20 meters hit the post.

Dynamo broke an unsuccessful championship streak, collected 41 points and continued to remain third in the table. In the next RPL match, the White-Blues will face Orenburg on Wednesday, April 24.
