The third friendly match that was held at the second winter VTB training camp in Turkey, ended in a 4:1 win for the White-Blues.
Marcel Licka decided to field a youth starting line-up, which included only three players over the age of 20: Igor Leshchuk, Dmitry Skopintsev and Yaroslav Gladyshev. Milan Majstorovic, who has not played since last May, was on the bench for the first time. In his turn, the Orenburg side could count on almost the strongest squad.
The more experienced footballers of the South Ural team started the match actively and bombarded Leshchuk's goal regularly. However, these efforts did not seem to be dangerous. In the 8th minute, Orenburg goalkeeper Aleksey Kenyaykin handled the ball poorly and let Yaroslav Gladyshev play successfully in interception and net the Dynamo opener.
The young Dynamo players felt confident on the pitch and began to move to the opponent's half in a constant way. Ulvi Babayev was very active, playing from the left in the attack. One of the top scorers of the winter training camps, Aleksandr Chupayov, made an accurate backheel pass to Yegor Smelov, who shot wide from a favorable position.
The Orenburg team tried to organize attacks en masse, but the maximum that our defenders allowed them was attempts from outside the penalty area. The most annoying was a shot from Yaroslav Mikhailov, who fired over the crossbar.
Dynamo responded with a nice offensive, which was finished by Yegor Nazarenko. Only the defender's reaction saved Orenburg from trouble. By the end of the half, Skopintsev outran the opponent well and curled the ball into the post, after which Chupayov missed the target from several meters.
After the break, Dynamo experienced players came to the pitch: Daniil Fomin and Bitello replaced young Okishor and Babayev. In the very first attack of the second half, Fomin brought Gladyshev one-on-one with the goalkeeper, but Kenyaykin managed to deny this effort and turn the ball aside. A couple of minutes later, Gladyshev outwitted the Orenburg defender, who had to knock young forward down inside the penalty box. Fomin converted the penalty accurately – 2:0.
After a number of changes, the Orenburg side started playing more actively and earned a penalty in the 65th minute: Kirill Isayev hit the opponent's ankle in the penalty area, and Nikolay Titkov cut the lead from the eleven-meter spot. However, the White-Blues restored a two-goal advantage soon: after a series of tackles in the center of the pitch, Smelov got the ball and assisted on Denis Bokov. The 18-year-old striker curled the ball into the right top corner.
For the last 10 minutes, Majstorovic came out as a substitute instead of Stanislav Bessmertnyi and took the right wing of the defense. The Serb created an attack, which Konstantin Tyukavin finished with the backheel shot. But the goalkeeper saved the Orenburg team. In the next episode, Kostya won the duel when Khodanovich had taken the ball away from his goal, Bokov picked it up and contributed to Bitello's breakthrough. The Brazilian shot into the near corner calmly.
Now, the White-Blues will face the Kazakh side Yelimay on February 11. The encounter will start at 5:00 p.m. and will be broadcasted live in our VKontakte group.
