The encounter of the Mir Russian Premier League 25th round that was held at VTB Arena, ended in a 2:0 win for the visitors.

Slavisa Jokanovic repeated the starting line-up from the previous round leaving Saba Sazonov and Konstantin Tyukavin on the bench.

Dynamo players were highly motivated at the beginning of the centenary match and created a couple of dangerous chances. Arsen Zakharyan conducted his team play since the game started. Firstly, he struck himself into the near corner and then shared the ball with Fedor Smolov whose curling shot tended to be a screamer.

Finally, on the 19th minute, the striker finished Denis Makarov's clever low cross. Unfortunately, Dynamo winger found himself in the offside position one second before it.

By the half an hour of the game, a sad episode happened in the center of the pitch. Igor Kalinin stepped on Nicolas Ngamaleu's achilles with spikes, and the Cameroonian winger had to be hastily replaced by Yaroslav Gladyshev.

In added time, Zakharyan earned a dangerous free kick 17 meters from the goal and performed it himself, flooring Kalinin to the pitch. In the last attack of the first half, Makarov crossed exactly to Smolov, who missed the target with his header.

The second half started with an unexpected goal from the Voronezh side: Mohamed Brahimi crossed low into the center of the penalty area, from where Georgi Gongadze drilled the ball into the back of the net.

Dynamo responded with their effective attack – Zakharyan ran into the penalty area, leaked through the defenders, circled the goalkeeper and rolled the ball into the empty net. However, the goal was canceled again – this time the referee saw Zakharyan fouling on Kalinin. In the next episode, Ilya Svinov saved Fakel by palming away Gladyshev's curling strike.

The visitors' attacks looked super effective. Aleksandr Kutitsky played handball inside the penalty box and Gongadze made a brace from the eleven-meter spot. Dynamo coaching staff reacted with a triple substitution: Sergey Parshivlyuk, Luka Gagnidze and Tyukavin got playing time for the rest of the match.

Tyukavin and Gladyshev interplayed well enough as they got accustomed to do it in the youth football. However, Yaroslav fired over the crossbar. The White-Blues created a lot of chances shooting a lot from different positions but luck left the Petrovsky Park this evening.

In one of rare attempts the visitors could extend their lead – Shunin made a great save after Andrey Mendel's header. By the final whistle, Svinov denied Tyukavin and Gladyshev's efforts keeping the important clean sheet for the Voronezh team.

Dynamo stay sixth on 39 points in the table. In the next round the Muscovites will face Khimki on the road on May 6.
