The encounter of the RPL 28th round that was held at the Solidarnost Samara Arena ended in a 5:2 win in the hosts' favor.

Sebastian Szymanski and Fedor Smolov were not available for the trip to Samara because of muscle injuries. This forced Sandro Schwarz to make a big rotation in the starting eleven. Diego Laxalt returned to his usual left-back position. Saba Sazonov came on the pitch instead of Roman Yevgenyev, while Vyacheslav Grulev, Konstantin Tyukavin and Clinton N'Jie formed an attacking trio.

The Samara side stunned the visitors with a powerful start. The Brazilian Fernando Costanza threatened Dynamo goal just on the 2nd minute. Vladislav Sarveli seized this outburst, which was explained by the special day Krylia Sovetov celebrated. Firstly, the Chertanovo product missed the far corner and then provided an assist to Maksim Glushenkov who opened the score.

By the end of the half an hour Dynamo players created several dangerous chances. Diego Laxalt made two impressive solo runs down the left wing and could have become a co-author of Konstantin Tyukavin's success. However, the talented youngster was far from disappointing Ivan Lomayev.

On the 41st minute the White-Blues' answer came from the set piece. Fabián Balbuena scored an equaliser with a header converting a brilliant Arsen Zakharyan's cross. It is worth of remark that Arsen played his first career match in the hometown.

Immediately after the interval Vladislav Sarveli put Krylia Sovetov ahead despite the controversial tackle that helped the hosts to take the ball from Laxalt. Vasily Kazartsev watched the replay on the VAR screen but didn't cancel the goal.

The visitors switched to a new formation involving two centre-forwards at the same time and the spectators witnessed a wide-open game. On the 71st minute Anton Zinkovskiy made his second consecutive assist crossing to Glushenkov for a brace – 3:1.

Dynamo didn't give up – Vyacheslav Grulev rapidly cut the lead to one goal, tipping Daniil Fomin’s shot. In a minute the White-Blues could equalise once again but Tyukavin failed in one-on-one situation. In their turn, the hosts made their festive dreams come true. Anton Zinkovskiy shined again hitting the near top corner.

In added time, Grulev was sent off for the second yellow card leaving Krylia Sovetov the chance in a man advantage. The teenager Sergey Pinyayev said the final word scoring from the rebound.

Dynamo continue to stay second on 52 points. In the next round the White-Blues will play away against Lokomotiv on May 14. During the midweek our side will host the Betcity Russian Cup semifinal against Alania Vladikavkaz.
