The eleventh round of the XXIII tournament "Unquenchable Stars", organized by Spartak, took place on November 20 in the arena of the Cherenkov Academy and was dedicated to the Honored Master of Sports Anatoly Mikhailovich Ilyin.
Regulations: six teams play each with each in one round. The match consists of two halves of six minutes each. Scoring: win – 3, draw – 2, defeat – 1.
1) Dynamo – Lokomotiv – 1:1 (Smirnov)
2) Dynamo – RFU – 0:0
3) Dynamo – CSKA – 2:0 (Kutsenko, Dubrovin)
4) Dynamo – Torpedo – 0:0
5) Dynamo – Spartak – 0:0
1st match. This meeting turned out to be the most difficult on this tour. The railwaymen spent the whole match on an equal footing and opened an account using a defender's mistake. Dynamo solved the problem of "how to get even" throughout the second half, and Nikolai Smirnov found the correct answer.
Victor Riveiro: While we can't catch the nerve of the game, there are few team actions, the attack is idle.
2nd match. The opponent tried to attack only in the first half, and then he thought more about defense. Dynamo often owned the ball, but it didn't work out to create scoring chances.
Sergey Tovstonogov: There are few shots on goal. They don't let you get close, so hit from a distance – the goalkeeper won't hold the ball and you can add. We have all the players with a decent shot, so use it.
3rd match. The game against CSKA was the best in this round. The anticipation of the goal hovered for a long time over half of the army field and was justified after a sharp long-range strike by Eric Yakhimovich, which was corrected by Alexey Kutsenko. A little later, the author of the first goal gave an accurate pass to Stanislav Dubrovin, who sent the second ball into the goal.
Alexey Kutsenko: I rushed forward rather at random: what if! How the ball after the shot of Yakhimovich slipped through the stockade of the feet of all the players is a mystery. And in the second goal, everything was already clear to me – Stanislav broke away from the guardian, and we played touch: I give him the ball, and he puts it in the net.
4th match. Torpedo players fought for every ball in all areas of the field, and this reduced the entertainment of the game. And although Dynamo gave three corners, and the opponents none, the teams got two points each.
Mikhail Skokov: I once defended the gates of both Dynamo and Torpedo, but of course the blue and white colors are more dear to me. And if we talk about the game, I will say without bragging: and I would not have missed a goal today, either in one goal or in the other. Kidding? If only a little!
The 5th match. The game, which could not be lost in any way, turned out to be nervous for both teams. Dynamo have the advantage in the number of corners and crazy power of a kick to the post from Kutsenko. And Spartak's attacks ended with the reception of the ball into the hands of Andrei Tveryankin, and even without falls and saves.
Vladimir Dolbonosov: Dynamo is in the lead, and it pleases. Today Lyosha Kutsenko was almost unlucky in two games: with Lokomotiv, after his shot, the ball licked the crossbar, and with Spartak, the ball probably left a dent on the right goalpost. We understand that the gap in points does not guarantee us the first place, but allows us to hope and believe. The fight will continue.
The Dynamo team consists of Andrey Tveryankin (goalkeeper), Eric Yakhimovich (captain), Leonid Panteleimonov, Nikolai Smirnov, Vladimir Skokov, Alexey Kutsenko, Alexander Tochilin, Stanislav Dubrovin, Mikhail Maryushkin.
In stock: Victor Losev, Andrey Smetanin, Andrey Marinkin, Victor Riveiro.
