The 21st round meeting of the Russian Premier League will take place on April 24th in Orenburg and will start at 16:00 Moscow time.
Assisting Evgeny Bulanov will be the referee's assistants Andrey Obrazko and Alexey Ermilov. Yuri Karpov has been appointed as the reserve referee, and the duties of the match inspector will be entrusted to Yuri Baskakov. The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system will be managed by Evgeny Turbin and Andrey Fisenko.
Bulanov has officiated three matches involving the white-and-blues, in which they secured two victories and one draw.
