The encounter of the Mir Russian Premier League 26th round that was held at Arena Khimki, ended in a 1:0 win for the White-Blues.

After the unsuccessful match against Fakel Slavisa Jokanovic made three changes into the starting eleven: Arsen Zakharyan came in the position of injured Nicolas Ngamaleu, while Yaroslav Gladyshev appeared on the right wing. Mathias Normann who missed a lot within the last month, started as a defensive midfielder.

In the first minute Gladyshev got the chance to open the score. The talented winger hit under the crossbar but Anton Mitryushkin made a save. Soon Anton Shunin was forced to show his skills when catching the ball after Ayaz Guliyev's long-range strike.

The Khimki side organized a massive defensive wall and it was not easy to break through it. Sometimes strikes from distance came to the rescue for the attacking team. In the 27th minute Gladyshev rolled the ball past the goalkeeper and seemed to open the score. However, the referee cancelled the goal, when the linesman flagged for offside.

The hosts pulled themselves together and created a very dangerous chance. Shunin made a great save by stopping Aleksandr Dolgov who ran one-on-one with him. Several minutes later Dynamo centre-back Roberto Fernandez asked for being substituted and left the pitch for Saba Sazonov due to injury.

When the second half began, Khimki remained ten-men. Roman Gbane stepped on Smolov's foot and was sent off because of the second yellow card. The Muscovites performed the corner kick quickly and Smolov was the first to drill the ball in when rebounding. However, this goal has also been cancelled due to Gladyshev's offside position.

Luka Gagnidze was very active in interplaying with his teammates. From time to time the Georgian international assisted to Smolov who was not lucky in finishing. By the end of the game Konstantin Tyukavin, Denis Makarov and Aleksandr Kutitsky's appearance had to intensify pressure.
