The encounter of the Mir Russian Premier League eighth round that was held at VTB Arena ended in a 2:1 win for the the White-Blues.

The choice of the second centre-back as a partner to Saba Sazonov was the main intrigue of the evening. Finally, the disqualified Roberto Fernandez has been replaced by the Uruguayan newcomer Nicolas Marichal who trained with the team for the first time on Friday.

The visitors showed a powerful start and opened the score. Andrey Yegorychev took the pass from Eric Bicfalvi and fired into the far bottom corner. Fortunately, the goal was cancelled because of offside.

Dynamo players learned from the poor start and tried to unlock the Ural side defense. Konstantin Tyukavin made a low cross to the far post where Mingyan Beveyev was the first on the ball. In the next episode Ilya Pomazun made an impressive save after Vyacheslav Grulev's long-range strike.

The White-Blues continued to put pressure on the opponent that led to a positive result. Marichal intercepted the ball in the midfield, Makarov interplayed with Sergey Parshivlyuk who crossed to Tyukavin. Kostya won the position and volleyed the ball home. But the joy of the hosts didn't last long – Ural earned a set-piece and Bicfalvi leapfrogged Parshivlyuk inside the penalty box scoring an equaliser.

For the second half, Dynamo players returned to the pitch with a great desire to regain the advantage, and soon they succeeded. Makarov took the ball on the right wing, shifted to the penalty area and hit the far top corner with an incredible screamer, leaving no chance for Pomazun.

Makarov continued to be one of the most active footballers on the pitch. The number 25 constantly created sharpness from his channel. Fedor Smolov added creativity after his appearance 15 minutes before the final whistle. By the end of the match Fedor organized a one–on-one situation for Yaroslav Gladyshev, who fell after the contact with the defender but the referee didn't see any foul.

Dynamo increased their unbeaten run of games to eight in the Premier League, picked up 16 points and climbed to the third spot in the standings. In the next match, our team will play on the road against Sochi on September 9.
