Children from 7 to 14 years old enter the stadium with a ticket and accompanied by an adult, who is required to get a QR code for the child (the binding is done on the State Services portal).
Children aged 14 to 18 enter the stadium using a ticket and identity document, without an accompanying adult and with a QR code obtained in their personal account on the State Services website

For flagrant rule violations, a fine ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 rubles or arrest for up to 15 days is imposed, as well as a ban on attending matches for up to seven years
