The guest ticket office will not be open on game day.
Please note that to purchase a ticket, you must have a valid fan ID card, which can be issued on the State Services portal. One person can buy several tickets for further transfer to fans who have registered for a fan ID on the portal.
Children under 6 years old enter the stadium free of charge without a seat, accompanied by an adult who must receive a QR code for the child (binding is done on the State Services portal).
Children from 7 to 14 years old enter the stadium with a ticket and an accompanying adult who must obtain a QR code for the child (binding is performed on the State Services portal).
Children aged 14 to 18 enter the stadium using a ticket and identity document, without an accompanying adult and with a QR code obtained in their personal account on the State Services

For a serious violation of the rules, a fine ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 rubles or arrest for up to 15 days is imposed, as well as a ban on attending matches for up to seven years
