Daniel worked in the Mainz youth team for two years and in the Mainz first team for four years, where he met Sandro Schwarz.

The 27-year-old German specialist was appointed as director of video analysis at Dynamo.

— We expect to solve two tasks by inviting this specialist, — Dynamo Director General Pavel Pivovarov told. — Firstly, we want to strengthen the analytical team, taking into consideration that Fischer knows Sandro Schwartz's approach to the training process and his methods. The second task is to use Daniel’s rich experience of work with young football players that we can apply to the development of analysis for our youth teams. We have to build a comprehensive systematic approach to the collection, analysis and information processing throughout the entire hierarchy of Dynamo football.

Sandro Schwarz also commented on the signing of the German specialist.

— I have known Daniel for a long time. We have cooperated productively at Mainz, — Dynamo head coach noticed. — He is a very good specialist. I am convinced that he will be able to strengthen our analytical team. We will become better thanks to his ideas and experience.

Daniel will accumulate all information that we receive from the analytical team, which does its job efficiently. Thus, they will work closely together. But that's not all. Fischer will take part in coaching work, as well as prepare analysis on opponents.
