Dynamo Moscow and central midfielder of Mexico national team Luis Chavez signed a four-year contract till summer 2027 with a one-year prolongation option.
The 27-year-old spent the whole career in Mexico representing Tijuana and Pachuca. He played 143 matches, scored 14 goals, made 12 assists for the latter and won the Mexican league title last year.
He has 24 caps for the national team including three games at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. In July, he helped Mexico to win 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Chavez will become the first ever mexican player in the Russian Premier League.
