The head coach of "Dynamo" Marcel Lichka in a flash interview with the "Match TV" channel shared his expectations for the cup match against "Spartak".
— Can you tell us if you deliberately gave the ball away to "Zenit" in the previous match?
— "Zenit" had possession of the ball for 60 minutes and controlled the game, while we were passive in midfield and didn't attack the player with the ball. If you give them too much time with the ball, they can punish you at any moment. On the other hand, we only allowed them to create one dangerous moment after a set piece.
— What guided your choice of lineup for today's derby?
— Today, Tyukavin and Fomin are not in the starting lineup because they played a lot in April. The season is still going, and I will need them fresh, as we have another game against "Sochi" on Sunday. In the game against "Zenit," we gave Bitello a rest, who came on in the second half; today, Tyukavin and Fomin had that opportunity.
— Did "Dynamo" practice penalty shootouts in training?
— Yesterday, there were players who took penalties individually. But we focused more on recovery and preparing some tactical aspects.
