Dynamo head coach Marcel Licka answered journalists' questions after the match with Krasnodar (1:3).

— Congratulations to Krasnodar on the win! They deserved to take three points. We made a lot of mistakes and lost balls in easy ways. The team entered the game well, penetrated into the penalty area through interplay. Ngamaleu struck powerfully from outside the penalty area. When conceding the first goal, our team lost confidence. We need to be stronger psychologically and continue to show our football. The team looked scared and quickly conceded the second goal.

In the second half, we tried to strengthen the midfield and released Mathias, because Krasnodar were better on rebounds. Zakharyan moved to the wing and got more freedom ahead. Unfortunately, we managed to score only one goal. It's a sad result. We always want to show good game in front of our fans. Unfortunately, we did not succeed today.

— Why didn't Dynamo create more dangerous chances after the 61st minute?

— There really were few chances in the end. The players of the attacking group had to run behind the opponents to force them facing their goal. Unfortunately, most of the passes went to the legs, and it was impossible to create depth of attack. Everyone was waiting to see what Fedya would do on the pitch. He had good chances, he wanted to play and constantly opened up, while the others looked at him and waited for what he would do. We will talk to the guys and correct these aspects.

— Will there be any changes in the squad for the next game?

— Yes, they will. There are quite a lot of high-quality players at Dynamo. Today we had players on the bench who are ready to come out from the first minutes. We have games on Tuesday and Saturday, so we can use different footballers.

— Do you feel the difference between Orenburg and Moscow? How do you feel about it?

— I am absolutely calm. I started my career at Banik, where people love football very much and pay close attention to you, then I was at Slavia Prague, too. Orenburg is a small city, and the pressure was not so great. It is clear that it will be much bigger here. But this is my job, and I need to get used to it. Yes, we lost today, and it's sad, but nothing serious happened, we will work and improve the aspects I talked about. We will try to correct the result for the more positive one on Tuesday.

— Why did Balbuena become a captain?

— All the players have written three names with leadership qualities. As a result, Anton Shunin earned the most votes, but it is more difficult for the goalkeeper to run after the referee all over the pitch. Balbuena, Parshivlyuk, Fomin and Smolov received approximately the same number of votes. Fabi showed himself well here the season before last. He was the captain of the Paraguayan national team and talks a lot on the pitch, tries to lead teammates. I really like the human qualities of Daniil Fomin, but sometimes you need to shout more on the pitch. Fabian was the captain today, and when Sergey Parshivlyuk is on the pitch, the captain's armband will go to him. In the match with Nizhny, he will be the captain. Sergey knows how to say a couple of harsh words in the dressing room when something is going wrong.

— It seemed that Fernandez and Zakharyan were losing their temper on the pitch. Will you talk to them about this behaviour?

— We talked a lot about discipline. You need to understand the difference. When you go aggressively into the tackle, you can accidentally hit the opponent's leg and get a yellow card. But when you start talking to the referees and get a card for it, that's what I feel bad about. After all, the referee will never change his mind.
