Centre-back Milan Majstorovic, who is Dynamo Moscow winter newcomer, shared his impressions of the first training camp with the team.

— How did your first week at Dynamo pass? How were you received?

— Everything is great! The team received me wonderfully, as did the head coach. It goes as it should be going. The organization is excellent. We are preparing for the restart of the season in a normal way.

— Which of the players do you communicate with the most?

— I communicate most often with Saba Sazonov. He received me very warmly and tries to explain how everything is arranged at Dynamo.

— Slavisa Jokanovic and you played for the same team. Do you know about his success at Vojvodina?

— Yes, of course. He was a phenomenal footballer, and now he has become a great coach.

— You are also from the same city. Was this factor one of the main reasons for your move to Dynamo?

— Maybe it had a little impact, but, first of all, I took into consideration that this is a successful club.

— Why did you decide to leave your homeland at such an early age? Who did you consult?

— I talked to my family before I decided to move to Moscow. I felt that my career needed a new turn. And I'm sure to get it here.

— Have you played in other positions during your career?

— In football school, I started playing on the right wing. When I joined Vojvodina, I began to perform as a right-back. And I've been playing in defense ever since.

— What are your strengths?

— I think. speed, jumping ability, timing, passing and headwork.

— Did you often score with the header?

— There were several times, but I can't remember any one goal.

— What number did you have before and which one do you want to take at Dynamo?

— I used to play under the number 5, because it is my favorite number. And I want it to be mine in Moscow.

— Serbian and Russian are in the same language group. Do you already understand some separate words?

— I'm slowly learning the words on the pitch and I understand everything, but it's still hard outside of it. In general, I started learning Russian even before I arrived here.
