Nigel Cabourn presents samples from his Dynamo centenary collection at Pitti Uomo menswear fair

In September, we announced that the iconic British designer Nigel Cabourn would create a clothing line for Dynamo together with the OLOVO brand. And now the first samples were released at the Pitti Uomo menswear fair.

Pitti Uomo is the most famous international fair dedicated to men's clothing, shoes and accessories. It takes place twice a year in the Tuscan fortress Fortezza da Basso in Florence and gathers more than 1,000 brands from around the world.

This year, the winter exhibition runs from January 11 to 13. The OLOVO stand presents several items from the future collection – the pilot release is scheduled for October. In February, 2023, items from the expanded catalog will be sold not only in Moscow, but also in Nigel Cabourn’s shops around the world.

The collection, which is inspired by the image of the legendary Lev Yashin, will include more than 20 clothing samples for men and women – windbreakers, hoodies, vans, T-shirts, caps and parkas.

— Today Dynamo set not only purely sporting goals – to take leading positions in Russian football and constantly compete in European cups, but also set serious tasks of promoting their own brand and attracting a new audience, especially the youth, — Dynamo General Director Pavel Pivovarov said. — We want to become a popular, attractive, stylish and modern community that will be integrated with all well-known and voguish trends in sports, culture, innovation, metropolitan life and global society.

We want to come to the year of the Dynamo 100th anniversary with this background. And creating a joint collection with such an iconic designer as Nigel Cabourn is a very important and unique direction for us. There have been no analogues of such collaboration in Russian football yet. We are satisfied with our cooperation, as we are getting a completely new product, which can popularize and promote our club values not only on the home market, but also abroad. This is already happening at the menswear fair in Florence, for example.
