Dynamo Director General Pavel Pivovarov commented on Sergey Lavrentiev's appointment as head coach of the Dynamo U-21 women's team.
— We are glad that Sergey Lavrentiev will take charge of our women's U-21 team. He is a Dynamo prospect, a coach with broad experience at the highest level. We are impressed that his philosophy is based on spectacular attacking football. This coincides with the club strategy, because we are trying to instill these game principles at all levels, in all teams. One of the main goals set for him is to build a competitive team, whose players will later move to the senior squad. He is to start forming the first team for 2023 as well.
