Dynamo Director General Pavel Pivovarov commented on the signing of contracts with head coach Sandro Schwarz and Deputy Director General for Sports Željko Buvač.
— First of all, I would like to congratulate the club, all our fans, Sandro and Željko on the extension of contracts. Our head coach and sporting director helped us create a like-minded team which is set for achieving great goals.
Now we have a positive mindset at Dynamo and believe that the current progress is not a one-time coincidence, but a systematic movement towards regular success and victories.
The head coach and the sporting director play an extremely important role in this process. We discuss a variety of issues together. And I can see that they are genuinely concerned about everything related to the club. They are interested not only in the first team, but also in the academy, infrastructure, commercial work and communications. Sandro and Željko are sincerely worried about the overall result and Dynamo development. Of course, it is worthy of respect.
From our side, we saw the need to extend their contracts. The negotiations were easy and ended quickly. We go on vacation in a good mood and with a great desire to successfully perform during the second part of the season.
