Dynamo midfielder Luis Chavez turns 29 on Wednesday.
Luis was born in the Mexican city of Zihuatlan and started playing football in the system of the country's oldest club, Pachuca. Later he moved to Tijuana, where his adult career began. In 2019, he returned to Pachuca, with which he became the champion of Mexico. As part of his national team, Chavez played 37 matches, played in the World Cup and won the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
In August 2023, Luis signed a long-term contract with Dynamo, for which he has already played 50 matches and scored 6 goals.
