On Sunday, the defender of Moscow's "Dynamo," Nicolas Marichal, turns 23 years old.
Nicolas was born in the Uruguayan city of Sarandi del Yi. It was there that he began his career, until at the age of 17, during one of the tournaments, he was noticed by a scout from the capital's "Nacional". Together with them, Marichal won the Uruguayan championship and the Super Cup.
In August 2022, Nicolas signed a five-year contract with the white-and-blues and since then has played 36 matches.
In January, he made his debut in the Uruguayan Olympic team, and this week he joined the country's main national team for the first time.
