On Tuesday, Roland Gusev, assistant coach of the Dynamo head coach, turns 47
Roland was born in Ashgabat. At the age of 9, he moved to Moscow, where he joined the Dynamo football school. In 1996, he made his debut with the first team, playing 6 seasons, 161 matches and scoring 28 goals. Then he transferred to CSKA, where he won the Russian championship three times, the national cup four times, and also became the UEFA Cup winner.
In 2019, Gusev started his coaching career at the CSKA Academy, later leading the army team to victory in the Youth Football League. In June 2023, he returned to Dynamo as assistant to Marcel Licka
