Sandro Schwarz: We have been keeping the clean sheet for two rounds and we want to continue in the same spirit

# Sandro Schwarz

Dynamo Head Coach answered journalists' questions after the match against Nizhny Novgorod (1:0).

— We expected a tough game. We lacked speed in the first half. The team was slow in some episodes and it was not effective in the final phase of attack. During the break, we explained how to possess the ball better. In the second half, our players did everything we had agreed on and showed good football. Yes, we were lucky when scoring a goal, but in general I consider our victory well-deserved.

— Why did you react so emotionally to Konstantin Tyukavin's cancelled goal?

— We were just very delighted to score this goal. I didn't see if there was an offside. But I want to note that our team continued to believe in victory for the next five minutes and benefited from the chance.

— Fabián Balbuena, who was named the man of the previous match, missed this encounter. Are you satisfied with the team's performance in defense?

— Fabián is a very important player for Dynamo. Today the whole team showed their best side. We have been keeping the clean sheet for two rounds, and this is very important. We are happy. Now we need to continue in the same spirit.

— What is more important In the remaining rounds – to keep the second place or compete for the championship?

— We don't look that far. We are focusing on the upcoming match against Akhmat, in which we will need to earn three points in front of our fans.

— You have been in Russia for a year and a half. What can you say about Russian football?

— I can say that it is quite difficult to win in the RPL. It's not so easy to crack other teams' defenses. I think that Dynamo have made great progress over these 18 months. We see the progressive growth of the team.
