It can be explained by the tough schedule — we played three matches in eight days. I am satisfied with the play of Dynamo and three points we earned. The team absolutely deserved a victory.

— It is difficult to compare today's game to the previous ones. Today we attacked very skillfully, found free space, constantly created goalscoring chances. I liked the play quality of all the footballers. The team played as a whole.

— Igor Leshchuk kept the third consecutive clean sheet. What will you do when Anton Shunin will recover?

— It is important for us to have healthy competition in every position. Igor proved his skills by his play. Now we are waiting for Anton’s full recovery. He also played good matches before the injury. All our goalkeepers are very important for us.

— These are two completely different encounters. Today, in the second half we played in our own way for 30 minutes and put pressure on the opponent. We could have scored the third goal. We should not forget that today Dynamo faced a very strong team and played the third match in a week.

— Have you seen any special motivation from Denis Makarov at training sessions? What can you say about his play?

— We did not focus on it, but simply prepared for the encounter. Denis did a great job today: he not only created chances in attack, but also played great in defense. We scored the first goal thanks to him.

— Guillermo Varela was named the best player of the match. Did you pay special attention to his wing, where the leaders of the Kazan side Ilya Samoshnikov and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia were playing?

— Yes, we paid special attention to the left wing of Rubin. Before the match, we send all the players cuts containing the actions of their future opponents. We needed to neutralize their strong points. And Guillermo succeeded in it. He played aggressively and managed to create goalscoring chances in attack.
