Sandro Schwarz: I feel responsible to everyone at the club

# Sandro Schwarz

Dynamo Head Coach answered journalists' questions after the matchday 19 fixture against Khimki (3:0).

— It's not easy to talk about football, but the way the team played today was great. The team played as a whole unit. I am proud of my players. They came on the pitch and showed unity, character and team spirit. I love each of them, as well as all the club’s employees who have been doing their best for a long time.

— Ivan Ordets and Andrey Voronin were not available today. Do you understand when they will be able to return?

— It's hard to guess what will happen tomorrow. I understand Andrey Voronin and Ivan Ordets, who are not with the team right now. Their position is absolutely clear to me.

— Roman Yevgenyev’s dismissal happened in front of you. Was it a fair referee’s decision?

— The referee interpreted this episode this way. Before the second yellow card, Roman played very well. Unfortunately, we will miss him in the next match.

— Why did you decide to field Saba Sazonov instead of Arsen Zakharyan?

— Saba Sazonov showed himself superbly during the training camps. We had to rebuild the play. That’s why we decided to replace Zakharyan and release two forwards.

— Before the game, the Internet was full of rumors that you could leave Dynamo. What can you say about this?

— In the current situation, I understand that there are such talks. We are all human beings. This can be understood. Here I must say about my personal responsibility, which I bear to my family, who are here with me, to my relatives in Germany and to my friends. During the 14 months that I have been at Dynamo, I can say that all the club’s employees show a professional attitude. Our cooperation gives me pleasure. I feel comfortable working here.

At the moment, the most important priority is the safety of people. It is worth of remark that I completely absorbed the ideas of the club. All the people who surround me here are nice. I mean club’s staff, players and coaches. I am not the person who will take a ticket and fly away. It's not about me. I feel responsible and I will be at the club.

— What can you say about Fedor Smolov's debut?

— Fedor Smolov is an extremely pleasant and open guy. I saw it since we first met. He scored the first goal today and this was a gift for all our fans and for himself. We are very glad that he is a part of our team.
