Sergei Cheban will be assisted by assistant referees Dmitriy Mosyakin and Stanislav Popkov. Roman Safyan has been appointed as the reserve referee, and Sergey Frantsuzov will serve as the inspector. Vasily Kazartsev and Pavel Shadykhanov will be responsible for the video assistant referee (VAR) system.
Cheban previously officiated only one game involving the blue-whites, in which Dynamo beat Ural last year (2:1)
