Dynamo Moscow head coach Slavisa Jokanovic answered journalists' questions after the match against Spartak (3:3).
— At the beginning of the match we lacked concentration and made a lot of mistakes. Some players came out after suffering injuries, and they lacked necessary game practice. It's good that we were able to show character and take the lead. After that Spartak began to push and managed to score. I think, as we were leading, Spartak should be more satisfied with the draw.
— Nicholas Marichal made a big mistake in the episode with the second conceded goal. Is this the reason for his substitution at halftime?
— I want to note that Marichal showed himself well in previous matches before the injury. I didn't want to make a substitution during the first half, so I decided to make it during the interval.
— There were a lot of strange goals today. How can you explain such a number of mistakes in defense made by both teams?
— Mistakes are part of football, and today the players of both sides made them. I can't give you any specific explanation.
— Fedor Smolov came out in the second half, but practically didn't get the ball. Do you have a feeling that this substitution didn't work?
— Yes, this change did not strengthen our game. This happens sometimes. I expected Fedor to find free zones, hold the ball and gain time for the team, but in those 20 minutes he rarely got the ball and had few chances to establish himself.
— There were rumors in the media that in case of a defeat by Spartak, changes in Dynamo coaching staff were possible. How do you react to such information?
— This is a normal situation, coaches are constantly being fired. I have no desire to waste energy on it. I am highly motivated to work with my team, with whom I want to keep growing. I am very glad to work in such a big club.
