Dynamo head coach Slavisa Jokanovic answered journalists' questions after the game with Orenburg (2:2, 3:4 on penalties).
— Orenburg played well in the first half. But the opponent didn"t create much danger, while we managed to score a goal by the half-time whistle. We started the second half more confidently, scored the second goal and had a lot of chances to finish the game. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have missed our advantage. We need to forge winning mentality. Today the team didn't have enough concentration at the end of the match and we paid for it with two points.
— Last season Dynamo constantly finished the opponents. Now, when gaining the lead, the team begins to drop deep and often loses points. Are you going to change the style of play to avoid such situations?
— Last season there was one team at Dynamo, but now it is completely different. After we led by 2:0, Orenburg created few chances and scored only after the set-pieces. Of course, we had to keep the winning score. Apparently two goals are not enough for us to win, and we definitely need to improve our play. Theoretically, when you are leading by two goals, the game should be easier. On the contrary, we face troubles. Today the team lacked experience and concentration. We have to take our job more seriously and should not calm down until the final whistle.
— What can you say about the penalty shootout?
— The penalty shootout is always a lottery. I don't want to blame anyone for the mistakes.
