Dynamo head coach Slavisa Jokanovic answered journalists' questions after the home win over Krylya Sovetov (1:0).
— At first sight, I am satisfied with the final score. At the same time, I was disappointed with the play we showed in the first half. We had little energy, lost a lot of tackles, and we were lucky to finish the first half with two zeros on the scoreboard. It's good that we could turn the game around after the break and kept fighting for a victory. We still played at home in front of our fans, and the opponent should feel the pressure. We added in activity, aggression, and by the end of the match our team managed to score the game winning goal.
— Do you see the possibility to use two strikers in the starting lineup? Don't you think that Konstantin Tyukavin is losing his tone, getting not so much playing time?
— Yes, we played well today when we moved away from the usual 4-3-3 formation. But it wasn't the key point. We added in energy and changed attitude to the game. I have two very good forwards at my disposal, and today we used the opportunity to field them together. If Tyuka spent more time on the pitch, then journalists would ask why Smolov plays less. Sometimes I think it will be useful to play with two strikers, sometimes we need an additional player in the midfield. I always trust in all my footballers, whether they come out from the first minutes, during the match or stay on the bench.
— What are the features of preparing for the same opponent three matches in a row? How could you surprise Krylya today?
— The question is not about surprises, because both teams know each other very well. Of course, this is a rare situation when you play three consecutive matches with the same team, and even at the beginning of the season. But this is part of our job, and we have to be ready to any schedule. We lost the first match, tied the second, and today I expected that we would grab three points. The game turned out to be difficult, but we were able to tip the scales in our favor.
— What caused the early substitutions of Nicholas Marichal and Aleksandr Kutitsky?
— These changes were forced. Marichal twisted his ankle, and Kutitsky received a painful blow to the thigh.
