On Tuesday, May 30, FC Dynamo and Bosco di Ciliegi opened a new pop-up Lev Yashin Bosco Bar on the first line of the GUM first floor.
The project was prepared jointly with the famous restaurateur and food blogger Aleksandr Sysoev, who chose the best chefs from the guide GreatList.ru for this location. They will cook their own specialities based on the geography of tournaments where Dynamo took part in over a century of their history.
Ruslan Polyakov is a young chef who is heading the cuisine of Remy Kitchen Bakery, Pino, Amy, Gentle and Muse restaurants. He became the chef of the bar for the first month. His set menu reflects the gastronomic traditions of South American countries and is dedicated to Dynamo tour to this continent in 1969.
It is worth of remark that the White-Blues won the international tournament in Caracas, playing in a draw with the local Deportivo Italia and beating the Brazilian side Vasco da Gama. In both matches Lev Yashin kept clean sheets.
At the breakfast dedicated to the Lev Yashin Bosco Bar opening, the guests were introduced to Dynamo history by the club's historian Yury Koshel. The event was attended by Lev Yashin's family, whose legendary name has now become part of the very heart of Moscow – the Red Square.
