The solemn signing took place on Thursday, March 21, at the BetBoom Dynamo House, in GUM on Red Square, in the presence of the media and fans who participated in joint, fraternal trips of "Dynamo" and OFK Belgrade.

The memorandum, in particular, addresses issues such as:

— We started interacting with OFK not by chance: for over 15 years, our clubs have been twin clubs, and a real, strong friendship has been established between the fans, – says Pavel Pivovarov, General Director of "Dynamo". – The memorandum will allow us to strengthen and expand the friendly relations between "Dynamo" and OFK, as well as to show that even in the current times, mutually beneficial cooperation between Russian teams and European ones is quite possible. I won't reveal all the secrets yet, but I think that this summer you will see the first serious and very interesting results for the audience. I would also like to note that our memorandum concerns not only the main teams but also the academies, youth football, and tournaments.

— I am glad to be in Moscow with our friends from "Dynamo" at a time when the relations between Serbia and Russia have become better than ever, – said the Executive Vice President of OFK Kostadin Terzić. – It is a great honor for me to sign the memorandum of cooperation. It is nice that through sports and football we strengthen the historical friendship and ties between our brotherly nations. OFK fans in Belgrade and Dynamo supporters in Moscow can expect the development of our relations in the near future, and we will work daily to develop them. Serbs and Russians, brothers forever, long live Serbia, long live Russia!

After the signing, the leaders of the two clubs exchanged commemorative gifts and went to watch the match between the Russian and Serbian national teams at the "VTB Arena".

The OFK Belgrade club was founded in 1911. Its full name in translation from Serbian sounds like "Youth Football Club Belgrade". In the middle of the last century, the team became a five-time champion of Yugoslavia and a four-time champion of Serbia, reaching the semi-finals of the Cup Winners' Cup. Currently, OFK is leading in the first Serbian league and is very likely to be promoted. Over the years, stars of Yugoslav and Serbian football have played for the team.
