BetBoom House Dynamo Restaurant in the Heart of Moscow
In the very center of Moscow, in GUM on Red Square, the new BetBoom House Dynamo restaurant has opened its doors, featuring panoramic views of Red Square. It’s an ideal destination for fans of sports, contemporary culture, and gastronomy. Anton Koval’kov (Le Pigeon, Deep Fried Friends, Anchovy’s Club) is the concept chef behind the project.
The restaurant’s menu is crafted for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Guests can savor dishes like beef shawarma, currywurst sausages with a variety of dips, and crispy BBQ chicken with sweet potato fries. Additionally, the menu includes classic European offerings, such as Turin-style triangular sandwiches "Tramezzino" on soft bread with sausage and sweet tomatoes or with beef tartare.
Inspired by GUM’s historical legacy and location, the chef also introduced an homage to classic Soviet cuisine. This includes a salad in the "Olivier" style with pastrami, complemented by crispy pickled cucumbers served with select dishes. For dessert, guests can indulge in a rich rum baba with white chocolate ganache and raspberries.
The restaurant's design concept is based on a modern interpretation of midcentury style, paying homage to GUM's historic past. The interior harmoniously blends history and modernity, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
The captivating view of Red Square makes for the perfect backdrop to enjoy the sunset with friends.
